Can someone tell me how to loop a clip and put it as a pic?

I found a clip that I want to use on my avatar, it's like about 2 seconds long. Can someone teach me how to make one?

you need to make it a picture file, like a gif

so you need a program to take the video and convert it to gif, search avi to gif or something. once it is a gif, it will loop automatically.

sorry i don't know specific progs for ya. you might need to break the movie down to a bunch of picutres (like frame by frame) and then make a gif out of it.
