Open Image ready!
Step One:
Open Both The Gif Image And The Background You Want To Place It On
Step Two:
On The Gif Image Look At The Amount Of Frames It Has And Go To Your Background Image And Duplicate It To That Amount ( Remember How To Duplicate From The Image Above On That Tutorial^?)
Step Three:
Go Back To Your Gif Image And Click On The "Little Arrow" (See The Image Above For Where It Says "Arrow") And Click On "Select All Frames" And Then "Copy Frames"
Step Four:
Go Back To The Background Image Click On The "Arrow" Again And Select All Frames Then Paste, Click On "Paste Over Selection" Then Tick The "link Added Layers" Box (Important)
Step Five:
Select One Of The Frames With The GIF Image And Move It Around To The Part Of The Background You Want It
Step Six:
You're All Set Now Save With File>Save Optimized As>Gif Image
