its far to crammed you got far to many pictures on there, the pictures are pretty bad quality and the cutting jobs are bad (eminem got a square head lmao) the text is pretty bad and very simplistic aswell, the transperency isnt used well it sorta comes out of no were. as a peice of work its not great and you got to work on your effects and also creativity, as a wallpaper it sucks badly, with wallpapers you got to look at them most of the time your on the computer and also got to be able to have your icons on there and not make it look to clusters, this wallpapaer fails on that level.

you should go look for some tuts and look at other wallpapaers to get inspiration

Yeah, as other peeps said, its too far crowded and bit OTT, I'm looking it and thinking whats going on? Lose the symmetrical shit, that never works trust me. When ever I make a graphic, signatures/avatars/wallpapers, I try to make the user feel attracted and not to repel them away. Use appropriate colors and suitable fonts, non of that crazy shit.

Don't be afraid to experiment, but don't over do it either.

Whatever you make, you should keep in mind to find big photos with good quality to use. Don't stretch the pictures either, it ruins everything. You should also work on cutting pictures out and blending them. It's not pretty when they're so transparent you can see other things you've put on the picture under them. Also, don't overcrowd your work, it isn't effective. Try making something simple and classical with one or two things you can concentrate on - it makes your work stylish. Also, don't put too many effects on the text; as I can see, you're probably new on making graphics so it's okay to try different effects, but don't use them on your final work, try them out on different documents and see, what suits on yours. That's why I did / do anyway.
Try to think through what you want your work to look like before you start making it. As someone said before, find tutorials and look at other peoples' work to get inspiration. Don't give up - believe me, most of people who are good at photoshop have started with things like that. :D So yeah, I'm looking forward to see your next wallpapers, they're probably be a lot better since there are many people in this thread who have given you advice and all. Good luck.
