It's bad, there is no prper lighting would've been better if you added one to create a focal point, the random splatters was a good idea, but just didn't go with the render, the color of the sig doesn't match with the background of the sig at all, if that was the only render, would've done a black and whit sig, or should've added a gradient map to get everything to match, also would've create more duplicates of the render and add some filters to it, and if you liked you could've added a stroke, oh ya the font wasn't good with the sig, maby try to change some blending option or make a mask on it.

Nicely done, I like the random splatters around her face, but the font does not match, if you did some editing to the font like blending options it will look much better, also the color of the render doesnt match the backround, maby try to add a gradient map to it, or change the brightness and contrast a little, and the focal is pretty good, could've added a stroke to the signature, and a brightness to a spot in it, but exept all that it's great.

The focal point is terrible, the lighting is nonexistent, and the whole splatter brushing thing is a mess. It's not bad, but don't give someone false praise for things they should improve on.

Also, you should never use contrast unless it's a must. Oh, and one of the things he did get right was matching the colors.

On the real, I give it a 7/10. But, I would fix the focal point and correct that stretched render.
