I like the text did you make that? if so good. Pink ain't my thing so to me it looks homo.
Last I checked all logos were basic so your not doing anything wrong (besides the pink).

I think it's fine. Logos are supposed to be simple, and it's to-the-point. I don't know if pink would be the color I'd choose, although I will say that it looks good. I don't know, I would go with a blue color, but as a logo, it'll probably go over a variety of colors, depending on the application of it.
