VETs [30 second wait between posts] suggestion

I remember myself and Hayzi were in a rhyme cypher (2 lines), and we were trying to get the replies back as fast as possible and many times we were posting too fast for the 30 second delay thingy. I think it should be removed for everyone, it's very annoying editing a post and havin to wait a minute. If posts are nonsensical and mere gibberish because of this, members can get warnings for such bullshit. I don't think changing this will mean a flood of spam posts.

Ok people, the limit has been dropped from 60 seconds to 30 seconds.
I'll double check to be sure moderators have no limit, and will be lowering the Vets limit further considering they have proven themselves as great posters.

im not a vet, and i dont usually post quick enough to be bothered by the posting waiting time... but the waiting time to make a search pisses me off (i.e. searching for the new posts)
