Quick Question

I want to make a avatar but i cant find any that fits. the limits are 120x 140 or something like that but every picture i find that i want to use is like tripple that size. how do you guys make your uploads fit or where do you find smaller sized pictures. please help

Save it as a JPEG, then open it in Paint. Use the Resize button to shrink it until the dimensions fit, or just adjust the attributes and hope it doesn't crop it too much if your image is already close to the allowed size.
