suggestion for download requests

i was thinking we could put a system in there the same was as there is one in donwload center, but different like

Sway - This Is My Demo [Open Reuquest]

then once you get it, edit the topic to

[Finished request]


would be alot more organized plus it would get requests done quickier

all it would need would be for fordie to set up the rules and everyone would follow the same way they did in the download center

Also, dunno if i'm allowed to say my idea, but i was thinkin, that wen people request, they could also say wher they want it uploaded in the title of the topic like how 4d sed to put the name of the place wher u uploaded it in the topic in the ordinary download central. cos yeah, sum people are fussy bout that... includin lol

but its annoying how people like, rahual, me, 4d, unscarred upload so much shit, and other people just go to the fuckin download request and request... shit

Technically you're right Tash, but I'd tend to agree with Bar. It's just another thing to be mean about, I think it's nice to be friendly to the community, it's great to have people like you helping out, but we just have to realize some people are lazy fucks who like to suck off our life force. I've seen this rule in lots of places, and I don't think it makes a really big difference one way or the other.

i understand, but i was just saying that if u don't wanna allow ppl to request w/o uploading, then just don't fulfill their request. ppl still request right after hitting 100 posts, and ppl complain, but still give them what they ask for.


either way, i think it doesn't matter. if they contribute, they contribute. their gonna do what they want no matter what, then say i didn't know, and could u please do it just this one time,and then they come back a couple months later and do the same thing

Also, don't change the topic to simply 'finished' .. leave the request title
so others who want the same thing can find it and download.
