need help regarding pics in sigs...

it says that "not able to determine the dimensions of the image" (or sumthin' like that) whenever I try to put an image in my sig...
can any one explain this please?!

Consider the people with slow net speed... 10-15 sigs more than 240X120 in 1 page will fuck them up
