Is there any program that can make megabytes less .?
If u know what I mean ..

Example: If I want to make a file at 4 mb to be less than 4 .. is that possible ?

are you talkin about music?, if so get the program called switch,or save the songs in lower quality, 192khz down to 128khz etc
