perl and website question

hi, i was wandering can we work with perl with a flash website? i know we can work with normal HTML sites....


for example when you make a database and you want to allow members to sign up...obviously we have to use Perl...well thats what i have learned....and now i wanted to use flash to make it fancy but not sure how to make it work....cuz flash dont exactly work like normal HTML
