just so u know make sure u have a tha serial no.s for the previous windows, coz if u dnt it wnt install from what learned anyways. I've done this countless times but sometimes its not always the way to fix the problem but neways, when u format the pc/laptop by using. FORMAT C:
THIS WILL DELETE EVERYTHING OFF OF PC/LAPTOP, so make sure you back-up the files u wanted before u do this... well thats if u need to format. It will do some computer language shit then ask for 'volume label'. Press enter for none.
I'll tell you more when im next on

The serial is included in the .NFO. You DOES NOT have to have any serial for any previous versions of Windows.

When you install ME, you doesn't NOT have to enter any Win98 serial, lol.. Cause if you would, when you buy ME, you also have to buy Win98.. ^^

But i havent installed xp from nothing so i dont really know what needs to happen before that if you know what I mean. Plus if you are formatting this deletes everything so YOU DO NEED the 98 serial if your installing ME.

As a matter of fact, I can not agree with you. You don't need the Win98 serial for installing ME.. I promise you.
Well, actually there's still lots of people still buying shit, so..

Also, if you format you hard drive, nothing is actually "gone". The only things that will be gone is that bit of the partition you're installing the OS on that became overwritten by the install files.
I can recommend you to make at least 2 partitions,- 1 for Windows, 1 for Music/Movies etc. , when you need to install windows the next time, simply format the C:\ partition and all of your music and other stuff won't be "deleted".

The serial should be included in the .NFO file. If it's not, let me know.


And no, there ain't no "hack" if it's not slipstreamed with the installation iso......... And the only hack then should be that the serial itself is slipstreamed = you don't have to enter a serial cause it's allready entered for you..
