Need Help With My Cell Phone Ringtones

I got a cingular samsung phone a SGH-X427. I just got this program and it let me sends ringtones 2 my phone through a text message. The program says:
1.On your phone's option menu, extract/select the URLweb address.
2.Choose GoTo Web/URL/WAP address.
3.Click on the Your Ringtone lnik to download your ringtone.
4.Save the ringtone on your phone and assign it as your ringer.

The problem is that i don't no how 2 extract/select the URLweb address
Somebody please help me get these ringtones i will greatly appreciate it.

I think the extract/select the url web address means to type in the web address on your phone.
