1stly u nd the xp or 98 disc..... den wen ur pc is loadin up u hav 2 keep pressin 1 of da f buttons like f11 or summit. and den follow the instructions. google it for more info. but u do lose all data wen u format ur pc

yh but if you r getting searched for by the cops it stops them beein gable to see files anymoreb

If ur searched by cops, its best just to trash the hard drive, coz there are always an amount of 1gb log files in ur PC that they can collect data from.

.. and it's just a pieace of cake of restore a LOT of files, so, to be sure, just fuckin' burn your HDD up or somethin'..
