umm, no wmp should not be deleted if you just delete your icon...

but like david said rip it by your hand.. if you need to get scissors, why you need a computer in the first place?

at worse you might need to reinstall windows again,sounds like a file has currupted at some point.Probably during the virus scan and deletion your virus software has currupted audio files or something.Try installing nero burner and if that dont work reinstall windows

i dunno much about computers. but maybe disconnect it if u can and then restart ur computer. u may have to even reinstall xp again

i dunno, i wouldn't take my advice. but to unhook the burner ur gonna have to open the tower and find the wire connected to the burner, disconnect it, and then connect it again. but again, i dunno that may do absolutely nothing

go to control panel, add new hardware, click next and then click yes already connected, and then do you see a lil yellow question mark on something?

yea it means ur drivers aren't installed thats it

tell me what your drive is, like what's the CD-Drive company and it's model, i'll find you the drivers.

angie, ok, right click my computer --> properties --> hardware tab--> click device manager, then click on cd drives or whatever and tell me exactly what it says as the name of the cd drive.

right click MY COMPUTER not f disk, just right click my computer and click properties then click hardware tab and click device manager.
