i need help :'( (cant rip or burn)

did you get any dvds or cds with the computer, if you did name them, cuz i can't seem to find the right drivers for that certain drive.

Angie, in the first place, do not use WMP to rip & burn. Use Nero. Second, are you sure that you have the ASAPI installed..? You should have if you're using XP, but that could be fucked up after installing SP2.
Check that out.

i tried to use nero but it said my burner wasnt found just like wmp n itunes said...
