Fast Track Ultra problem: no headphone

I just purchased a brand new Fast Track Ultra and have a strange problem: There

seems to be NO output (no audio signal) from either of the headphone jacks

(front panel, lower right). I am receiving audio from the Outputs on the rear of

the unit (and I can plug in my headphones there, but..) I'm hoping that there is

something I am doing wrong. Has anyone had this problem before? Thanks!
