Best New PC to get?

Ok, am looking to get a new PC which'll mainly for music and storing my music/films/shows so i'm not caring about super graphics as i'ma be running it for max performance. I have a budget of about £400 so i'd ask anyone. What PC would you recommend for me to get?

But if for whatever reason you're set in your mind that you want a PC, build one, don't buy pre-built machines.

I still don't understand why people think Macs are amazing..
It's all about the internal specs, not the fact that its a mac.
