First.. What OS are you using?

Sounds like your computer is attempting to use the same IP address..obviously

The question is... Does your provider make you use certain IP addresses? Are they assigned. If for some reason they do then you need to probably just call them.

Otherwise you can go through and set up your desktop to use whatever address you want.

Oh and...It could also be your router.. Which may need its firmware updated. But that would usually be the last thing.

sounds wierd that all of a sudden u get that msg. my 1st guess would b did u install something on ur desktop reciently that could b causing said problem that maybe u do not know? i would look into that 1st. gl!

I dunno tbh, and my provider is the official government company OGERO


might the problem got to do with the fact that recently a lot of my friends who come over catch wireless from my router on their phones and use the internet? it's like 1 desktop, 3 laptops, and 5 to 6 phones lol


Yeah.. OS is Operating System. My bad.

And yes...that could be the very reason you're getting conflicts.. But doesn't have to be, of course.

I would say to try and give your desktop an IP address manually..

dont give ur system a manual ip lello,that could work in any other country,but not in lebanon,u will experience lower speeds if you do,just call the support and they will guide u through it.
