laptop wont' start up

laptop wont' start up

Hey I have a Toshiba Satellite labtop and once i turn it on it'll go to the windows is starting up screen with the blue bar. But it won't go onto Windows, it'll just stay like that...anybody know what's wrongi wth it?

have u tried booting it up in safe mode or even tried rebooting the whole thing?

try booting it in safe mode like bilth said and if that doesnt work then take it to a computer shop and pay them to get it fixed
