What programs do you actually need.. I mean.. Like DivX and such. I want to delete everything I can other than firefox, msn, yahoo, limewire, windows and a few other programs... So what do I actually need to keep?

its really kinda hard to say what YOU need bcuz were all different and we all have necessities but i would keep all my antivirus/antispyware/antiadware/firewall software just to keep the comp safe. if u have a backup web browser then keep that. i always have one just in case one is messed up. it saved me a couple of times. keep anything with windows or microsoft in it. some stuff that u delete might fuck up the comp but i suppose u can always do a system restore. also keep software-update software. thats wut i would keep if i were to delete stuff but like i said...were all different
