There's not really an accelarator but u can mess with your Tl Ports to make more seeds. Maybe this link helps.

seeds are the people sharing a file
the file maybe partial or complete

the more seeds, the faster
the connection can go

If u download a torrent. There are seeds and downloaders.
Look at it, the more how faster the download is going.
I suggest Torrentspy.com.

its easier than a p2p program
and it will not fill your computer
with malware, spyware or viruses
just it can take a time sometimes
