plugin help needed

whenever i use firefox, always, i cant play videos on some sites, such as mtv or tomgreen.com.it says i need a plugin, and when i click on it to get it it tells me it cant find it, and asks if i want to manually install.i dont know what i need so i dont know how to manuall install it.the wierd thing is that i can use internet explorer as my browser to play the vidoes that firefox cant.

you can try looking here for the pluggin you need and downloading it directly from the site:
https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/plugins/

it should install and everything automatically for you too.
(download with firefox browser and not internet explorer)

Maybe it's just Flashplayer ??.
It's from Adobe, u can find it on Google.
