go to your device manager (start, right click my computer, properties, click on the hardware tab, and go to device manager). Click the little plus sign next to "sound, video, and game controllers". You should have multiple options to choose from. idk what kind of sound card u have so what u have to do is open all of the sub menus until you find a tab on one of them that says "driver"
when u find that you will see an option that says "update driver". click on that and try to see if there are any updates.
if there arent any then I would click on the "uninstall driver" option to uninstall it. after u do that, restart your computer. when the comp. starts up, ur audio drivers should re-install.
if that doesnt work then i would take it down to the shop and see if u need a new sound card installed
