Question about .gif file size

I just made an avatar .gif but the size is bigger than 100 kb, it's 194 kb. I've resized it a few times but it's still big and i don't wanna make the avatar tiny. So my question is, is there a way to make the avatar size smaller? Any way? Tried making the quality shittier but still not gd enough.
