computer stuck at windows loading screen

computer stuck at windows loading screen

I just bought my computer this past October. It had an amd dual core and it gets stuck at the windows loading screen. The little light on the front that indicated when the processor is being used does not blink as it normally does.

nevermind lol. windows somehow completely corrupted itself and i did a repair install.
