best free website

I am doing a site called show case your talent and it's for all the rappers and singers out there underground trying to get there name out there. I want it to have a main page like tr shady does with links and stuff and then a forum. As well as wigits for different stuff. Right now i want to do a free site and pay for a domain later on.
I can't find a good website to do this on and i want it to be a big sucess and help underground artist get there name out there.
Anyone know of any good sites or anyone want to help with this project?

im sure mine will be fine. eventually ill put some money into it. but i think its a good idea to help underground artist get there names out there and i got alot of major producers helping and stuff so i just need a good site. what is trshady made on?
