its says i need d3dx9 24.dll which i then downloaded and now im lost i tried dragging it to the .exe nothing happened except it says i need the file i JUST downloaded
plus i reinstalled the game 4 times thinking it would start but instead keeps reinstalling

You put the .dll in the folder where .exe is in, you don't drag it onto the .exe?
