^ yeh i mean ps1 generation is just became perfect (and some might argue it still isnt because of the plug ins) , ps2 generation isnt even emulating yet, it can be done but is extremely dificult and bug heaven, so for this generation your looking to be waiting a logn time. id say around 6 - 10 before it becomes possible on your average pc.

If there is any PS3 Emulator then you can play PS3 games on PC

yeah, probably on the average pc. It might never even be emulated.
About PS2 emulator !!! you say you cant play PS2 games on PC ? PS2 emulator is Available and works
