The thing right at the bottom of the pic, the one you got a white cable plugged into it. That's a wireless router cause I have the same exact one, except mine has a white antenna on it.

lmaaaao yes it looks exact alike,But mine is a hard disk not a wireless router. As you see it doesn't have an antenna and it has an Usb connector.
My wirseless router is not like that and it's in my bro's room, so is not.
But yeah , it really looks like yours
