go to http://www.imageshack.us ad upload the picture you want, and then when its done it'll give you the code thingy's (next to "hotlink to forums 1") and then you copy that code and then paste it in your post before you submit

nah man could never have a picture as my desktop....needs to be plain cause makes it look kinda messy...u know....my desktop is a mess at the moment.....but its pretty much the same as the last time i posted it :'(
