Haha, yeah that's true, but it seems that every time Em is brought up around girls they throw compliments on his looks.

I don't know, I mean no homo but speaking from a symmetrical point of view, the only bad thing he has is his ears. I used to draw a lot in the past and I kinda notice these things in people. And with Em, his head size/shape is pretty much ideal, same as his jaw, there's no bump on his nose, I hear girls love blue eyes, so he looks quite normal. Also, his hairline isn't a problem, unlike with many other men. Take a look at Lebron and his fading hairline, lol. He'll be needing 4 headbands soon.
