Eminem likes to hide, that's why he is always with the cap and the hoodie, but he used to perform without them in 2009 and even in 2010, then he started to use at least the hat always on stage, and it's annoying, you can't hardly see his face sometimes. Also it looks bad, he looks better without them.

And Dre doesn't look bad for his age, he is over 50, guys. And anyways he never was a sex symbol.
