thats crazy that the photographer committed suicide. and i would agree with the power hungry shit. every politician is like that, thats why they're all corrupt. u just have to try and pick the least corrupt ones that won't fuck up the country u live in too much. it looks like the US failed at that, but its hard to really tell cuz u can always criticize but being in a situation is different than criticizing the way it was handled after it happened (im talking about the terrorist shit and 9/11) thats my rant for a minute

i think you're right.. and even if the Red Cross or any other organisation tries to help, convoys are mostly robbed..
but i still think we - i mean rich countries - should help more. we waste so much food and other things, medicaments, clothes, everything. now it's like they send something, because they want African people to think they do something - for example outdated medicaments - like Africa was one big dustbin.. :(

It's sad but the world needs millions of people to die in those countries. We can barely support the current population with our resources. Imagine if we had another billion or so people all wanting stuff too.

if all the humongous fat ass people from America would give up eating for a week, we could feed them all. mutual benefit.

Imagine if we had another billion or so people all wanting stuff too.

but we don't.

Africa isn't exactly farming ground you know. The only valuable things their continent has belong to rich white people; oil and precious stones. And you need a constant money flow, and a stable economy to advance in basic social and industrial expansion.

The truth in fact is, no capitalist would want the africans' to own their own land, coz the white man profit's, ya'll being too optimistic that somebody in high ranks actually wants to help them.

it's the fault of the leaders in that country. there's nothing we can do about it. it has always been like that, and will always be. since my mother was lil' they were sending money or whatever to afrika, and NOTHING changed. it's sad though

Africa was once the most prominant and rich continent. Till we came there and bought it. The only thing people can do is, leave it alone, if the country wants diplomacy itll end up reaching out on its own, trying to improve.

edit: i take back the "WE", coz the slavic people didnt have slavery. :)
