Reading, Speaking and Breathing excercises

do anyone know any of these excercise that'll stop you from skipping lines, stuttering, and speak longer and stuff like that? cuz after i had this cold i seem to be sorta stutterish and i seem to be skippin words when i try to record my shit and its hard to keep on deleting and rerecording cuz its hard on my throat.
