Kevin Federline reportedly told friends at a party in Las Vegas that he shaved his head extra-bald to honour his ex-wife Britney Spears.

Kevin, 28, has taken the couple's two children to Las Vegas while Britney struggles with rehab treatment in Los Angeles.

"He said he still loves her," a pal told The Sun.

The report comes as updates from insiders at Promises clinic in Malibu
suggest that the 25-year-old singer is "wavering" in her treatment.

"They're nervous she might not last that long," a source told Us Weekly.

Britney's mother was reportedly watching 17-month-old Sean and 5-month-old Jayden in Vegas while Kevin made an appearance at the Mirage Hotel.

A People source says the rapper was "on his best behaviour" in regards to looking after the kids.

Britney and Kevin are in a bitter custody battle for their two children.
