Busta Rhymes might face jail time because of his latest run in.
Judge Tanya Kennedy, recently took back the plea bargain deal that the court was offering to Rhymes after he recently was arrested on Feb. 22 for driving with a suspended license.
"The court's offer is off the table," the judge said.
According to the deal the Rhymes would have served five days of community service along with six months of anger management classes, three years of probation and two weeks of youth lectures.
Rhymes is also accused of assaulting his former driver Dec. 26 and a fan in August who supposedly spat on his SUV.
Busta refused the offer made by the prosecution to serve up to one year in jail for both of the assault charges and pay a $500 fine for the suspended license charge.
Rhymes is to appear in court on May 8.
