10/28/08 Common Escapes Fatal Shooting

Common was escaped a fatal shooting that left one man dead and four injured yesterday (10/27) afternoon. Eyewitnesses reports say two gunmen opened fire on a 19-year-old man, who fled into a nearby hair salon and was subsequently cornered and killed. Common, a regular at the business, had just received a hair cut hours before the murder.

In related news, Common recently pushed his album back so that he could redo some songs.
