Young Jeezy will join fellow rappers T.I., Ludacris and Jim Jones for concert later this month in New York. The "Holiday Bash 08" will be hosted by Hot 97's Angie Martinez and DJ Enuff and will feature many performances with DJ Cipha Sounds on the 1s & 2s.
