1/19/09 Jay-Z Performs For Barack, Does In Store In D.C.

Like everyone else, Jay-Z is in Washington D.C. to celebrate the inauguration of President-Elect Barack Obama. Over the weekend Jigga did an in-store appearance and tonight Jay-Z will headlining the "In Concert On The Eve Of Change" at Washington D.C.'s Warner Theater. Presented by Live Nation, Jigga's new business partner, the concert will feature a live band.

Jigga will also join Beyonce and Mariah Carey to perform at the Neighbor Inaugural Ball where Barack Obama and wife Michelle will share their first dance as the President and First Lady.

In related news, Jay-Z recently performed the Jeezy/Nas hit "My President Is Black" in Washington, D.C. Make sure you check out the historic performance.
