3/9/09 C-Murder Violates Huse Arrest, Back To Jail

C-Murder has been thrown back in jail after violating the terms of his house arrest today (3/9). Corey Miller, C-Murder's government name, was taken into custody after he allegedly was out of range while wearing his tracking device. Deputy Chief Chuck Whitmer of the Gretna Police Department says C-Murder was out of range for 10 minutes but Ron Rakosky, C-Murder's lawyer, says his client was at home asleep at 3am when he was called and told he was out of range.

This isn't the first time C-Murder has had issues with his house arrest. Just last week we reported a judge ruled that the rapper did NOT violate the rules of his house arrest and rejected a request from the local prosecutors to return him to prison. The judge felt the the times were "odd, "early-morning hours saying "I've never heard of this in any other case, and I don't know what to make of it." Judge Liljeberg said. "I'm not 100 percent convinced" that the home incarceration monitoring equipment worked properly.
