4/29/09 DJ Khaled Praises Ross, Says Already Working On Next

Although we already reported that Rick Ross debuted number one, DJ Khaled recently released a new video in which he claimed to not know the numbers but KNEW the Rick had it locked down. DJ Khaled went on to say that they are already back in the studio working on Rick Ross' 4th album. "I’m probably not supposed to tell you," Khaled joked while on the set of Ace Hood's "Overtime" video. [watch here] DJ Khaled worked closely with Ross on "Deeper Than Rap," serving as the project’s A&R and producer.

In related news, as the president of Def Jam South, DJ Khaled will most likely be slipping beats to a bunch of new artists including Young Jeezy, Ludacris, Fabolous and new singer Cherlise besides his own artist, Ace Hood.
