The Only Thing They Wanna Kill Is Fucking Autotune, But Before You Gun It Down, Know They Only Say Hip Hop Is Dead, But The Dope Shit Is Underground. - Joe Budden
I could've have understood just messing around with him and then kicking him to the curb; I could even understand having a baby with him (but not two; he does have a proven track record of not being the best father in the world); but why did you marry him, stupid?! He can't be all that between the sheets. What did it tell you that he left his pregnant girlfriend, with whom he already had a child, for you? She was what 22 or 23 when they got together? Where were her handlers or even her mother? Someone should have sat her down and had a very serious heart to heart with her. A pre-nup is great but she shouldn't have to pay this skank a dime.
Now this won't be the most popular statement in the world but . . .
I went to his website just for curiosity's sake. Some of his music is streaming while the website loads and . . . it's not too bad.
His lyrical content sucks but his flow is ok. He definitely needs some work and practice. The problem is that because he's shown himself to be so overly ambitious and greedy that no reputable producer or label will touch him. If he had been smart or just had some shrewd business sense he should've waited for Britney to come out and done some tracks on her album. He would've looked like a supportive and possible marginally talented husband and perhaps someone would have looked at him seriously as an artist and entertainer in his own right. In the meantime he could've played househusband and father (maybe some of it would have actually rubbed off on him) and perhaps he would have been more accepted. He wanted everything his way on his time and now it's come back to bite him in the ass.
