In addition to her songs and live performance, Britney Spears had a special surprise announcement for Tampa Bay concertgoers.

After a dance number, the pop singer complained offstage -- with her mic still on -- that "my pussy is hanging out" after a costume change didn't feel quite right.

The crowd couldn't believe what they heard, and some even cheered the rather unexpected comment.
