Louisiana prosecutors want C-Murder back in jail to await a second trial on a murder charge.

According to The Associated Press, prosecutors filed a motion Thursday (June 8) that says C-Murder violated the terms of his house arrest.

The probation violations include coming home late from a court-authorized trip, going to a drive-in restaurant and being out of range from his electronic tracking equipment.
