Police say Charles Hildreth IV attempted to rob a man Thursday in Belleair, Fla. and led authorities on a wild chase.
During the chase, Hildreth stripped naked and jumped into the Intercoastal Waterway to try and elude officers, but was eventually caught.
Hildreth refused to give up without a fight and bit one of the officers on the chest who tried to arrest him.
Police finally were able to subdue him and took him to a local hospital and then to jail. Hildreth is charged with strong-armed robbery and resisting arrest without violence, as well as battery on a law enforcement officer and two counts of resisting arrest with violence.
