According to reports today from People and TMZ.com, Britney Spears checked into a rehab facility earlier this week -- and then checked out after just one day.

People, citing an unnamed source, reports that Spears checked into Eric Clapton's Crossroads Centre located in Antigua and then abruptly checked out.

Since filing for divorce from Kevin Federline in November, Spears has received criticism for her public behavior. Not only has she been out partying constantly, but she's also exposed her panty-free crotch a few times to the paparazzi and even collapsed from "exhaustion" on New Year's Eve.

An e-mail from Britney Spears' former assistant Felicia Culotta -- saying the 25-year-old pop star needs to get her act together because she's headed for "rock bottom" -- has been posted on another Web site's gossip blog.

"I cherish ALL the incredible opportunities that came my way thru my job with Britney and am crushed/saddened/heart sick by the way her life is unfolding," says the e-mail, posted this week on ThatOtherBlog, a gossip blog on the Hollywood.com Web site.

The e-mail, addressed to "Ruben," was sent in response to an editorial "Why Britney Is Asking for It," according to the blog.

and had extions put in it so many times
that her real hair kinda fell out
so she just shaved it off
but i guess saying that she has a breakdown will sell more magazines

oh i see..maybe cuz i remember when a famous actor here shaved her hair for a movie here n it looked so bar for the first time but in the movie it was lookin bright n smooth anyway
