7-21-08 DMX Arrested For 6th Time

Yes, yes, yes. It happened again. DMX was arrested again Saturday in Arizona, marking the fourth time in two months, 6th overall. DMX wasn't arrested on anything new though, he was picked up on suspicion of giving false information (name and social security number) at a hospital to get out of a $7,500 bill. This had been a previous issue we had already reported on. At the time, X was overheard saying “someone in the projects is going to get the bill,” in reference to his action.

Famous Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio told the AP “I’m hoping this is the one time he’s going to pay the penalty for his offense.”

good ol' X he's always on when u need to smile heheh...but damn 4 times in 2 months. i remember i saw on TMZ he was super pissed when someone was serving him for papers for child support
