8/1/08 Snoop Dogg Tour Bus Popped For Pot

En route to a concert in Dallas on Thursday, a tour bus carrying Snoop and his entourage was pulled over by cops in Dallas for an expired registration sticker. Upon stopping the bus, cops smelled marijuana (or so they say) and a quick search of the bus lead to the discovery of two ounces of pot. Ethan Calhoun, 27, and Kevin Barkey, 26; two of the Dogg's crew, were both arrested after admitting that the pot was theirs. Bond was set at $1500 and a spokesperson for Dallas Police Department confirmed both men posted bond. Snoop Dogg was not arrested, and his agent had no comment on the matter. Its good to see that some rappers in the game are smart enough to keep fall guys around.
