Kanye West is expanding into television. The hit producer has signed a deal to bring a new show to Comedy Central that is being described as hip hop meets the Muppets. The half-hour show, called "Alligator Boots" is from Jackhole Prods., the production company founded by Jimmy Kimmel, Daniel Kellison and Adam Carolla. The new show is set for 2009 and will feature music produced/performed by Kanye and Rhymefest, who are also executive producers. Kanye will host the pilot, with the idea of having a different celebrity guest host each week.
